Great Cooler!
I was initially concerned about the humidity level because I needed it in my office with my computers and papers. I really did not have to worry-This cooler is great!!

No cooling
I use it in a room of about 1500 sq ft. I have a central air conditioner which was not enough for my bedroom.

Noisy and awkward
I am sending this item back. It made a loud moaning sound. The directions were very difficult to understand.

Excellent choice
I bought this for my mother. She loves it! She was very pleased with the performance. But remember, it is not an air conditioner.
