Great Portable Air Conditioner for the Price
I bought this unit not too long ago to cool a small bedroom in my apartment and it works fine. I think a lot of people expect too much out of portable units.

DOA
After moving 3 flight of stairs in to my apartment, plug it in and DOA.
Extra star for the customer service is good and gave me a full refund.

The Perfect Solution
